As ShareVault's VP, Sales, based in our Los Gatos headquarters, your mission will be to drive increased conversion rates, and revenue by developing and implementing formal consultative sales methodologies, team development, performance management benchmarks, and more.  You will leverage your proven track-record of achieving 50% or greater year over year growth for a B2B SaaS organization to hit the ground running and immediately build rapport with our cross-functional teams.  We are a small and fast-growing organization, so your ability to glide seamlessly and gracefully from high-level strategic planning to roll-up-your-sleeves, dive-into-the-weeds tactical tasks will make you an invaluable member of our executive team.   We will look to you to build an organization of smart, ambitious, best-of-breed, “A players” focused on winning so your focus on developing your team and driving them to new heights.
