Catering/Banquet Server Job Requirements:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Set up and break down breaks, buffets, and hors d’oeuvres tables for banquet food service functions.
• Serve all courses – appetizers, soups, salads, entrees and desserts cordially and efficiently.
• Check function sheets to get pertinent information for function assigned such as time,correct room, correct number of people, menu, and proper set up.
•  Attend weekly banquet meetings.
• Clear dirty dishes from tables.
• Replenish foods at serving stations
• Ability to stand and walk during entire shift.

Flexible availability required. Previous experience a plus.  All candidates must have good verbal
and written communication skills (English) and must have proper I-9 documentation to be
considered for employment.

Catering/Banquet Server Hours of Operation:
This job requires OPEN AVAILABILITY which may include working weekends and holidays.
