Goldfarb Properties (www.goldfarbproperties.com), a privately owned real estate development company,  is seeking a Full Time Security Guard for a gated residential community, Maple Gardens, located on Springfield Avenue in Irvington, NJ.  The ideal candidate will assist in providing the highest level of service to our residents.  The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic and a can do attitude.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age as required by law.
• Must have valid NJ Security Guard License (SORA).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and Holidays.
• Good verbal and written communication skills - Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.            
•Detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Neat and professional appearance.
•Minimum 2 years customer service and security/reception experience preferred.
•High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation: 15.00 per hour.
