Bunting® Magnetics Co., Magnet Materials Division located in Elk Grove Village, IL, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to grow the business through existing customers and prospects, and provide optimal service and technical assistance.

Job Duties:

• Develop prompt and professional solutions for customers and prospect inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound lead generation
• Educate customers on product uses and features, provide technical assistance, answer questions, and assist customers in determining best product solution
• Generate quotes, process orders, record details of customer contacts and actions utilizing our CRM system
• Assist with returns and help to resolve customer issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or inside sales of a technical product
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude is preferred
• Computer proficiency; prior CRM experience preferred
